Abstract
This study aims to find out about the pedagogic competence of educators in the hadith perspective so that the teaching and learning process can run properly. Where in the hadith perspective it has regulated the duties and ethics that must be carried out by a teacher. This study method uses a descriptive qualitative type using a literature study approach, which collects data through materials sourced from books, articles and journals as material that is used after being read and recorded after being processed for study material, then the data sought is collected in written form, by descriptive method, in order to make it easier for readers and researchers to understand the reading given in the form of a description of a problem raised from the title. This study clearly describes the duties and ethics of educators from a hadith perspective. The findings of the study are that an educator should have duties and ethics in the perspective of hadith, as the guide is the Prophet Muhammad, who can impart knowledge gently. Educators also have duties within the scope of the profession and society, in order to produce a moral and knowledgeable society.
